About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategic financial plans, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly business performance reviews and reporting
  • Develop and deliver the annual budget process (Full P&L, Cashflow, Balance Sheet, CAPEX)
  • Manage the quarterly forecast process
  • Drive the modelling for five-year strategic planning
  • Partner with leadership team in identifying and accessing business growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with commercial teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Ops) on ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure efficient, accurate reporting through structured budget and forecast inputs
  • Provide clear, finance-focused presentations to enable informed decision-making
  • Support performance analysis and create ad-hoc financial reports

The Ideal Candidate:

  • CA/CPA Qualified
  • Demonstrated experience in FP&A leadership within a medium to large multinational business
  • Strong ability to lead, leverage, and orchestrate multiple projects
  • Leadership experience of large and diverse teams in industrial or private equity environments
  • Demonstrated track record in driving change management initiatives
  • Experience working in high-pressure corporate environments with numerous stakeholders
  • Intermediate to Advanced Power BI skills preferred
