About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Operations Manager. This key role will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

  • Lead by example, embodying a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of store operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective coaching and mentoring of your team.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising, ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing losses.
Key Responsibilities:

This dynamic role will be responsible for:

  • Managing store operations, including sales, management, and back-of-house functions.
  • Developing and implementing plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining store appearance and visual merchandising to the highest standards.
  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Passion for excellent customer service and experiential retail.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
