Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Research Specialist to partner with enterprise clients and help them leverage our AI-powered market experiments platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and guide customers to scale their experimentation efforts, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum ROI.
  • Coach teams on experiment design and interpretation of results, fostering a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deliver tangible impact by translating test outcomes into actionable recommendations for GTM, messaging, or product direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and other teams to share feedback and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
