Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Customer Insights Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you'll drive actionable insights that enhance customer experience and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement research programs to address business needs, including segmentation, ad hoc research, and brand tracking.
  • Lead the evolution of our Voice of Customer (VoC) program, applying advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Embed Marketing Mix Modelling and MROI measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Design and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative research studies, leveraging advanced analytics tools.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in customer insights, research, or analytics roles, ideally across both agency and client-side environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring customer insights to life through innovative research methodologies and techniques.
  • Proven analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau to extract and interpret data.
  • Experience applying statistical techniques and marketing science frameworks to inform strategic decisions.
