We are seeking a highly skilled Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating weddings and private events from initial client briefing to event delivery. This includes working with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly, on time.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate weddings and private events from initial client briefing to event delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly, on time.
  • Manage client communications, event logistics, staffing coordination, financial administration, and post-event follow-up.

About You:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in wedding or event planning, ideally within an arts, entertainment, or venue environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality events.
  • Expertise in client service, supplier management, and budget coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems under pressure and manage competing priorities.
