The Senior Business Transformation Analyst will play a pivotal role in a transformational Oracle stabilization project at Nova Systems. This project aims to establish a solid foundation for Nova's system operations, enabling the company to make informed decisions about system changes and improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze current state processes following the implementation of Oracle HCM and ERP modules.
- Develop graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
- Lead process analysis, validation, and verification, ensuring that process maps and statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Elicit process information by accessing published training materials and product information, as well as conducting interviews with process owners and users.
- Develop appropriate documentation to serve as work instructions for the processes and to assist with the development of training materials that can be published to users.
- Collect and analyze change requests and improvement suggestions to produce high-quality technical, functional, and business requirements to inform the development roadmap.
- Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value and benefit realization.
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Assist the Business Operations team to embed the Oracle HCM and ERP solution, improving efficiency and reducing process friction with other areas of the business.
- Manage changes to requirements and processes with effective change control processes and tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is essential.
- Advanced skills in using Business Process Mapping (BPM) tools.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is highly desirable.
