About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Marketing team at Westpac. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing new marketing processes that support transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements or new initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable process design specifications.
  • Develop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and business process models.
  • Establish benchmarks and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering and business analysis.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Adobe software.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Marketing role with a deep understanding of customer journeys.
