Dental Treatment Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication between our dental professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will utilize 3D scans to provide patients' teeth for review by our dental team, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Coordinate patient consultations and treatments, maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout their smile journey through outstanding customer service.
  • Assist clients with payment processing and perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and work closely with our dental professionals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in face-to-face sales is beneficial but not essential. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background experience with clear aligners is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
