**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to dentists
- Greet patients and provide a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answer phones, and update patient records
- Handle payments and manage finances
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Provide patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**Requirements:**

- Experience working in a local Australian dental practice is highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organized with attention to detail
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
