At FY Smile, led by renowned clinician Dr. Fadi Yassmin, we're expanding our team and are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to deliver exceptional patient care alongside our expert clinicians.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring patients receive a seamless, comfortable, and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Greeting and preparing patients for treatment with warmth and professionalism.

·       Assisting dentists, hygienists, and therapists chairside, including suctioning and managing materials during procedures.

·       Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and materials are set up and sterilised to the highest standard.

·       Maintaining surgery cleanliness and infection control compliance at all times.

·       Supporting administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, records management, and payment collection as required.

·       Monitoring and managing stock, inventory, and sterilisation data.

·       Assisting with onboarding and mentoring of junior staff.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated, service-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

·       Minimum 2 years' chairside assisting experience, ideally in a high-end or specialist dental setting.

·       Experience in implant assisting, All-on-4, and cosmetic dentistry (highly regarded).

·       Exceptional communication skills, professional presentation, and a genuine passion for patient care.

·       Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
