We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Project Coordinator to lead the coordination and management of building projects across all phases.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level support in the delivery of project management consulting services while ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
About the Role- Manage end-to-end project activities including design, documentation, contract administration, and delivery.
- Provide effective leadership and mentoring to project staff and consultants.
- Oversee contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems.
- Ensure projects meet scope, time, cost, cash-flow, quality, and profitability targets.
- Lead negotiations with stakeholders to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
- Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and conduct audits.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
