The Role
We are looking for a strong Tier 2 Project Manager to to work on projects across Rockhampton
- Write, update and manage target & contract program
- Thoroughly review all procurement & scopes prior to presenting for approval
- Manage the finance of the project – thorough understanding of project reporting & financial position
- Actively manage all project stakeholders and resourcing requirements
- Adhere to and prioritise project QA & safety
- Thorough understanding of managing head contract conditions and provisions
The Person
To be considered for this role, you will truly own the project and be well versed in the detail required to manage the project:
- Qualifications or relevant industry experience in Construction/ Management
- 5+ years experience in Project Management, with experience in the tier 2 sector will be highly advantageous
- Experience in aged care, education, social housing, government infrastructure desired
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm to drive the project to programme
- MS Project experience and general computer literacy
- Effective client and subcontractor communication and relationship building skills
