  • Manage end-to-end project activities including design, documentation, contract administration and delivery.
  • Provide effective leadership and mentoring to project staff and consultants.
  • Oversee contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, time, cost, cash-flow, quality and profitability targets.
  • Lead negotiations with stakeholders to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance, prepare reports and conduct audits.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be a proactive and results-driven project leader with strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning or Quantity Surveying is highly regarded but not essential.
