Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure seamless execution of fleet sales projects.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to deliver key work packages and manage project timelines.
  • Monitor project variables against established baselines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support the Fleet Project Manager in budgeting and cost control, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles within the transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
  • Prior experience with truck sales or logistics would be highly advantageous.
