Incident Management Specialist

The primary responsibility of an Incident Management Specialist is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of road networks. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to minimize disruptions, improve safety, and maintain traffic flow.

This role plays a critical part in providing effective incident management solutions to our stakeholders, focusing on responding promptly and safely to road incidents, identifying potential hazards, and implementing measures to prevent secondary incidents. The specialist will also work closely with traffic management centers to provide continuous communication and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean driving record over the past 5 years.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in dynamic roadside situations.
  • Hold an MR License or above and possess a General Induction White Card.
  • Able to use smart phones, tablets, and computer systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict situations effectively.
  • Military or emergency service experience is advantageous, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization are available.
  • Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and criminal record checks are required.
