Job Overview:
As a key figure in our department, you will spearhead a critical initiative to enhance road safety across school communities and surrounding environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive research and evaluation program to inform policy and program initiatives aimed at improving road safety outcomes.
- Lead the Queensland Road Safety - Research and Evaluation Advisory Group (REAG) and provide expert advice to senior executives on strategic direction and investment decisions for road safety.
- Foster strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level and represent the organization on high-level committees and working groups.
Requirements:
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in behavioural sciences or a related field is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of leading teams to achieve strategic organizational goals, including managing research and evaluation programs, is essential.
