We are seeking a talented Campaign Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Campaign Strategy department, you will be responsible for leading and developing innovative campaign pitches that expertly meet client objectives while driving audience engagement.

The successful candidate will have 3-6 years experience with a media publisher or creative agency, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote. They will also possess a variety of life experiences and interests from which they draw inspiration, as well as the proven ability to influence stakeholders more senior than themselves.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in either Sydney or Melbourne. Our team is dynamic, engaged, and highly collaborative. Being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively interpret briefs to design compelling client solutions
  • Dictate the path from brief to pitch, effectively managing time and stakeholders
  • Assess the commercial viability of campaign requirements
  • Collaborate with every area of the business, across all assets, mobilising product specialists to build multi-platform brand campaigns
  • Develop strategically sound, compelling pitch documents for client presentation
  • Ensure campaign feasibility across costings, lead times, and technical requirements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovation, and technologies to inform solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years experience with a media publisher or creative agency (preferred)
  • Experience working in audio (preferred)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote
  • A variety of life experiences and interests
  • The proven ability to influence stakeholders more senior than yourself
