SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects in various industries
  • Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements
  • Evaluate compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation
  • Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients
  • Maintain quality and governance across deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
  • Able to lead solution design and run client workshops
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Legal working rights in Australia
