Expert SAP Payroll Consultant">

As an SAP Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management.

You will handle schema configurations for Time and Payroll in Australia Public Sector, configure awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring.

Additionally, you will implement and support Single Touch Payroll and ensure compliance with AU legislation.

Key responsibilities include working on H4S4 module and Employee Central Payroll, delivering key project artefacts, leading and supporting SIT, UAT, BVT, and managing Change Requests.

Furthermore, you will provide solutions for technical challenges and integration issues, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires a senior level of expertise, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape is essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science is required.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include 6–10+ years of SAP HR/PY consulting experience, recent hands-on experience with AU Payroll, and strong understanding of SAP HCM on S/4HANA.

A high level of proficiency in configuration, implementation, and support of SAP AU Payroll, as well as a deep understanding of SAP HCM on S/4HANA, is expected from the ideal candidate. The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills is also highly valued.
