Job Title: Front Desk Host

  • Efficiently manage reservation records & administration.

  • Maintain cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas.
  • Answer phones, coordinating guest needs under pressure.
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and outlets actively.
