Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery, development, and support of key operating systems and technical teams critical to our business operations.

  • Manage a team of up to five and oversee a portfolio of systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Deliver technology solutions, ensuring seamless system operations, managing vendor relationships, and providing proactive technical leadership
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT leadership roles
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, Google Suite or similar enterprise software solutions
The Opportunity

This is a management role requiring hands-on action and delivery. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing operational support of core critical business systems, including Salesforce, AWS, Google Workspace, and other platforms
  2. Proactively monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimising solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  3. Leading the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
