Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the company's financial strategy, business planning, and budgeting functions. They will be responsible for driving organisational growth, managing human resources, warehouse and logistics teams while maintaining a relaxed work-life balance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement back-end organisational strategy
  • Lead financial administration, business planning, and budgeting initiatives
  • Manage human resources, warehouse and logistics teams to achieve organisational goals

Requirements:

  • Analytical mind with advanced problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in Excel and accounting software (Cin7 inventory system & Xero)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a mission-driven environment
  • Accounting qualifications (Masters degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in a similar role (fashion label or manufacturing company experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting
  • Ability to develop and re-engineer HR, tech, warehouse, logistics, and financial policies and procedures
