At Northern Beaches Secondary College, we are seeking an experienced Head of Student Welfare to lead our Learning Support and EAL/D team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a broad range of student welfare initiatives that promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success in educational leadership, with expertise in curriculum, assessment, and student welfare. You will also possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students, staff, and parents through strong relationships and effective communication.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of teaching and learning programs that are designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. You will also play a key role in initiating improvement in teaching, learning, and classroom practice, as well as building the capacity and managing the performance of individuals and teams.
