", "Responsibilities": "Administrative Support Specialist:
\t- Create and update SA Gov Supplier accounts accurately
\t- Liaise with suppliers regarding tax invoice compliance
\t- Conduct data entry and maintain high accuracy levels
\t- Ideal Candidates Will Have:
\t\t- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
\t\t- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry (min 40 wpm)
\t\t- Strong customer service AND numerical reasoning skills
\t- Previous experience in accounts payable or similar roles preferred

Payroll and Accounts Officer:
\t- Execute debt management notice running, RTS, and ad-hoc debt recovery duties.
\t- Utilise Oracle systems proficiency for efficient task completion.
\t- Employ research and data collection skills for informed decision-making.
\t- Ideal Candidates Will Have:
\t\t- Proficiency in debt management notice running, RTS, and ad-hoc debt recovery duties.
\t\t- Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable.
\t\t- Competency in Oracle systems usage.
\t\t- Intermediate MS Office skills in Word, Excel & Outlook.
\t\t- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\t\t- Demonstrated research and data collection skills.

Government Administrative Assistant:
\t- Provide frontline customer service support, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
\t- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently using CHRIS21.
\t- Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
\t- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies while handling sensitive information.
\t- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets as needed.
\t- Ideal Candidates Will Have:
\t\t- Previous experience in frontline customer service, contact center operations, and payroll administration is essential.
\t\t- Proficiency in CHRIS21 or a similar payroll/accounting system is highly desirable.
\t\t- Strong data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) are required.
