Manufacturing Operations Leader

This role offers an opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing production shifts to meet output targets and deadlines.

  • Allocating resources effectively, ensuring employees are trained, fit, qualified, and competent to run operations safely and efficiently.

About your experience:

You have a proven track record of leading teams in heavy industry or manufacturing environments. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients. You are adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and people management.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience supervising or managing large teams in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
  • Leadership and frontline management expertise.
  • High-level problem-solving, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Experience with lean systems and process improvement.
  • A solid understanding of safety management systems and building a positive safety culture.
