Our client is a reputable accounting firm based in Langwarrin, offering a high level of service to their clients.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Receptionist/Administrator to cover a 6-month Mat leave, with the potential to stay on as a Personal Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about their career and enjoys being busy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage emails and diary, ensuring timely responses and appointments
  • Raise invoices and process financial transactions
  • Scan and electronically file documents, maintaining accurate records
  • Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure client files are up-to-date and compliant
  • Collate tax returns and financials, preparing reports as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the team
About You
  • Previous experience working in an accounting firm is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Handisoft is highly regarded
  • You will be reliable, hands-on, and energetic about your role
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail are essential
