About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/ Administrator to cover a 6 month maternity leave in our boutique accounting firm based in Langwarrin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage email and diary, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Raise invoices and manage client files, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Scan and electronically file documents, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive
  • Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure client files are up to date
  • Collate tax returns and financials, preparing reports for meetings and presentations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the team

About You

  • Previous experience in an accounting firm would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Handisoft would be highly regarded
  • You will be reliable, hands-on, and energetic about your role
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
