Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee pre-op tasks and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Manage wash bay operations and coordinate with QA for smooth handovers.
- Supervise daily stock checks, chemical management, and cleanliness of utensils.
- Work with QA on environmental testing and waste management improvements.
- Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle team timesheets and drive hygiene compliance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing or related fields are desirable, along with certificates in Food Processing, Commercial Cookery, or Food Safety.
- Leadership experience in FMCG or high-volume environments, and familiarity with Food Safety practices, HACCP, and WH&S principles. Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze problems and make quick, efficient decisions.
- Experience working with various stakeholders.
- High levels of resilience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
