Hygiene Services Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Services Team Lead to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Service Technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop a team of Service Technicians to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations for Hygiene services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our customer portfolio.
  • Conduct regular site quality audits and performance assessments with the team.
  • Induct and train new staff members to the team.
  • Manage and review service runs, administration related to servicing activities, and customer feedback.
  • Cover service runs for Technicians when required and perform ongoing performance management.
  • Control service costs for your area and manage Pays.

Requirements:

  • Team supervision and leadership experience.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and PC skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPIs.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A current Australian Driver's licence is essential.
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
