About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our Hygiene Install and Special Services team in Eagle Farm. This role is responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, stock management, and service delivery to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop a team of Service Technicians to deliver quality services and manage inventory effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our customer portfolio.
- Conduct regular site quality audits and performance assessments with the team.
- Induct and train new staff members to the team.
- Manage and review service runs, administration related to servicing activities, and customer feedback.
- Covering service runs for Technicians when required and controlling service costs for your area.
Requirements:
- Team Supervision skills with experience in managing a team of Service Technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and PC skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI's.
- A current Australian Driver's licence is essential.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
