About the Role:

As a Workforce Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in achieving sustainable employment. Based in Seymour, you will collaborate closely with our Employment Consultants, local employers, and stakeholders to develop innovative pathways for job seekers.

Your dynamic and varied role will involve office meetings with participants, on-the-road visits with employers and community groups, and strategizing to create tailored solutions for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster meaningful relationships with participants, employers, and community organizations to create tailored pathways for success.
  • Empower individuals to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective employment strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of your work to ensure positive outcomes for job seekers.
