As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with clients, insurers, and medical professionals to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
  • Identifying RTW barriers and developing solutions to overcome them.
  • Coordinating with clients, insurers, and medical professionals to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
