Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Business Improvement and Planning by preparing project management documents, coordinating submissions, updates, and reports, and facilitating communication collateral and check-in meetings.

  • Develop and maintain accurate project documentation to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders, analyse data, and assist in project testing and issue resolution to drive successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to change management strategies and deliverables, including stakeholder and impact analysis, communications planning, and training, to enhance project outcomes and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience positively contributing to projects with strong planning and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical abilities and skills in developing viable and persuasive project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
