Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Project team, you will be responsible for:

  • Document control and management.
  • Assisting Estimators with pre-qualifications and tenders.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company procedures, policies, and relevant legislation.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and performance criteria.
  • Providing education and support on the Master Management System (MMS).
  • Collating deliverables required for practical completion.
  • Managing project close out and archiving.
  • Preparing documentation and presentation materials for pre-qualifications and tender submissions.
  • Coordinating inquiries for prices of materials and subcontractors.
  • Reviewing and analyzing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management & Building Economics.
  • At least 3 years' experience and completion of a Graduate Development Program.
  • Strong knowledge of the project delivery process.
  • A commitment to safety, care, and excellence.
  • Passion for organisational values and a willingness to contribute to a positive cultural environment.
  • Permanent residency in Australia.
