This is a dynamic opportunity to join our customer experience team as a consultant. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will provide high-quality service and help them navigate our range of benefit offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Managing client interactions via phone, live chat, and email.
- Establishing new salary packaging accounts.
- Administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements.
- Participating in quality assurance projects.
- Award penalty rates for night shift work.
- Night shifts are remote under a flexible work arrangement with shift times from 10:00pm to 6:30am.
