Orca Business Solutions (OBS) is an Australian owned Service Provider who supports clients in the solar industry. As a young organization, but with decades of cross-sector experience, OBS has burst onto the scene and provides sales and service to WA’s biggest solar installer.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we are looking for a dynamic and organized scheduling professional to join our team during this exciting period of growth.

**About the Role**:

- Full time position, Monday to Friday
- Manage operational calendars to ensure best use of available resources
- Contact customers to clarify, rewarm, and confirm scheduled appointments
- Manage and report on key operational metrics related to scheduling
- Work closely with Senior Leadership and external stakeholders offering operational admin support

**Skills, Experience, and Know-How**:

- (Highly Desirable) Experience in a workforce planning and/or scheduling role
- (Highly Desirable) Experience in contact centre and/or sales operations
- (Desirable) Experience in Sales Force (CRM) and Team Up Calendar
- An analytical mindset with excellent problem solving skills
- Customer focused with great stakeholder and relationship management skills
- A high concern for quality, attention to detail, and task completion

**Job Type**:Full Time
**Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000
**Work Type**:In Office (Canning Vale)
