Pavement Recycling Expertise
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Pavement Recycler Specialist to join our paving crew. As a key member of the team, you will operate specialized plant and equipment to deliver high-quality pavement works.
About the Position
- Operate advanced road construction machinery and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Monitor and adjust machinery settings to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, engineers, and crew members to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
- Travel to project sites across Australia and work varying hours based on project requirements.
About You
- Demonstrated experience working on an asphalt crew with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent time management skills.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and best practices in pavement recycling.
- A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
