We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pavements team, providing operational, technical, and business direction to drive growth of our infrastructure function.
About the Role- Lead the pavements technical capability in collaboration with sector leaders and the wider business.
- Drive operations, technical excellence, and delivery performance of the pavements capability.
- Manage national client relationships and develop/mobilize pavements capability nationally.
- Typically 20+ years' industry experience as an authority in transport infrastructure design.
- Previous Manager/Lead roles in similar engineering consulting organizations, demonstrating ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and produce high-quality tender documents.
- A flexible global organization with international best practice engineering design exposure.
