**The Role**
As the National Pavement Manager for the pavement team, you will play an integral role in delivering leading edge pavement solutions to a range of clients. This is a wide reaching role where you will gain exposure to the full spectrum of engineering from design, construction support, asset analysis reviews and independent verification.

In addition to engineering you will also be involved in bid/fee preparation and reviews as well as leading your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

**About you**
This role is all about cultural fit and ambition, not just your technical skills. **Key Criteria**
- Minimum of 12-15 years' experience in pavement engineering
- Ability and desire to lead a team
- Exposure to TMR related projects would he highly regarded.
- Organised, innovative, team player with exceptional communication skills.
- RPEQ accredited
