Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled banking professional to lead our solutions development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding RFP/RFI responses and proactive bids as the Lead Solutions Architect for Banking opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic win themes, operational, transformation, and commercial components of the solution
  • Combine contributions from service lines, partner solutions, AI value studio, and operations team to design the operating model, transformation, and develop commercials
  • Develop RFP/RFI/proactive proposal response by partnering across all support functions
  • Design and prepare for Orals presentation, including arranging demos, dry runs with the team, and presenting components of the solution
  • Predominately cover APAC-based client opportunities and support global client opportunities where required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational, technical, and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple levels of leadership
  • Able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment, spanning different time zones (ability to work late nights and weekends for RFP submissions)
  • Thought leadership through whitepapers, content creation in narrative Word doc and PowerPoint deck

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry as an operations manager, solution architect, or transformation lead
  • Deep domain expertise in consumer/commercial Australian banking operations, including Consumer and Business Banking, Fraud and Financial Crime, and technologies
  • Excellent project and time management skills, analytical and execution skills, attention to detail and communication skills
