This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives in their community. As a dedicated and compassionate individual, you will provide essential support services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

This position requires you to deliver a range of services including domestic duties, personal grooming, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. You will work closely with clients to prioritize their well-being and provide care and support when needed.

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
  • Provide domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with personal grooming and hygiene
  • Remind clients of medication times
  • Assist with food shopping and menu planning
  • Prepare meals for clients
  • Provide mobility assistance within the home and local community
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home and Community Care
  • A Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certification (not required but necessary for commencement)
  • Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
