Our organisation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support Professional to provide care and services to our clients in their own homes.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, including cleaning, meal preparation and socialisation.
- They will work independently in the community, supporting individuals to live their best life while maintaining a flexible and supportive approach.
- Compliance with occupational health and safety instructions, policies and procedures is essential, as well as ensuring timely and accurate collection of data.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, caring and committed to supporting people in their own home.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in assisting with activities of daily living, including home care tasks and domestic assistance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- A current driver's license and access to a well-presented insured vehicle.
- A qualification in Aged Care or Community Care and a genuine passion for the field.
The successful applicant must be available to work a minimum of three days per week.
