Senior Portfolio Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our hospitality clients and provide expert advice and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio management for hospitality clients
  • Conducting client meetings and renewals to understand specific insurance requirements
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and underwriters
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the client portfolio
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in insurance broking or underwriting, or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and motivate others
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
Education & Qualification:
  • A university degree or equivalent education is highly regarded
