We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our team as a Cro Analyst. As a Cro Analyst, you will play a key role in driving eCommerce results by designing and performing experiments that inform strategy decisions.

About the Role

The Cro Analyst will be responsible for analysing quantitative and qualitative data to gain deep understanding of how customers engage with our digital channels. You will use this knowledge to produce practical insights and recommendations for our digital product team.

  • Lead the input and output of our experimentation process, improving ways of working on an ongoing basis;
  • Analyse customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience;
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to drive more traffic to site;
  • Provide high quality analysis to support conversion rate optimisation and experimentation roadmap;
  • Produce regular reporting to support senior leadership decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of performing in-depth analysis, synthesising results, developing stories, building strategies and making recommendations to business leaders;
  • Experience in Optimisation in Digital B2C;
  • Experience of working with Adobe analytics or ContentSquare or Optimizely;
  • A detective approach to finding patterns and stories in the data;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
