The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner to lead the charge in designing and developing new systems and practices, supported by newly designed policies and procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to excel and advance their career. You will be a driving force in a successful mining business, making a significant impact.

As a key member of the on-site leadership team, you will be responsible for creating quality proactive HR/ER leadership, offering guidance to management and stakeholders on all employee lifecycle matters, and shaping a standard of excellence in HR and ER practices.

You will develop initiatives and training to maintain a safe, diverse, and respectful workforce. Your role will also involve managing all HR aspects, including conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.

The Fundamentals

A strong HR/ER background is essential, along with demonstrated experience in implementing initiatives to reduce ER/IR matters.

While tertiary studies in human resources or relevant disciplines are favorable, they are not essential. Strong leadership skills, the ability to influence, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial.
