You will be responsible for forging strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, and you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with our operational and sales teams, you will seize every opportunity to boost service and maximize revenue for our clients (and for us).
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Manage client relationships and provide troubleshooting support

- Claims Management
- Lead claims reviews and ensure productive meetings between clients and our team
- Analyze claims trends and implement processes to manage risks
- Educate clients on compliant claims management and provide strategic solutions
- Manage conflicts between multiple parties
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and customer-centric individual who has:
- Significant experience in Client, Customer, Relationship or Account Management within the claims, workers compensation or broking industries is essential;
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation;
- A strategic mindset and approach;
- Previous experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Effective coaching ability;
- A strong sense of team and collaboration;
