The role of a Global Mobility Specialist is to help shape the future with confidence by assisting clients in harnessing the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place and at the right cost.
This position involves helping move talent across the globe and reshaping the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces.
Key Responsibilities-- End-to-End Mobility Solutions: Deliver comprehensive services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle—enhancing talent mobility in a cost-effective and compliant manner.
- Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
- Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
