Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Operations Professional to support our company's growth and development. This role involves collaborating with founders to scale the organization, building effective talent pipelines, and overseeing HR functions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Oversee HR operations to support business growth, including people management, onboarding, employee administration, compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment pipelines across various functions by building in-house sourcing and coordinating external recruiters.
- Compensation and Benefits: Analyze performance and calibrate pay and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
- Event Planning: Organize internal and community events such as workshops, hackathons, and conferences to promote company culture and attract top talent.
- Office Management: Manage office operations to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management in a fast-growing organization (10-30 employees).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across a global team.
- Ability to adapt quickly and execute effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in business development and operations.
