Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team.
This varied role offers leadership opportunities, client engagement, and day-to-day clinic administration.
The primary function of the Manager is to support staff members in their clinic, ensuring their well-being, productivity, and engagement.
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have several years of experience in an HR/Admin role or leading a team with people management experience.
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- People management skills with experience managing a team, performing check-ins, and 1on1s with staff.
- A high level of emotional intelligence, able to work autonomously.
- Effective delegation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- An assertive and patient communicator.
- A commitment to learning and implementing new skills.
- A commitment to advancing the lives of people with disabilities.
- An understanding and respect of cultural diversity and differing abilities.
