Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Coordinator to join our team at GFG-Alliance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth delivery of products to customers. As a Senior Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing production plans, as well as communicating with various stakeholders, including customers, schedulers, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily production activities and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and report on production progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communicate with customers, schedulers, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and allocate orders for production, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in production coordination or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven track record of improving productivity and efficiency in a production environment.
  • SAP, Symix, ARMA, or PlanX experience or knowledge is highly regarded.
